Fantastic service and support Marco and Ivan are fantastic. They did a great job, were very responsive and helpful and we cannot recommend them highly enough! They organized all our water taxis for us: a guided tour of the city; a wonderful private dinner; an amazing tour of Murano and Burano and recommended some great restaurants!

Removed all the hassle and made some excellent recommendations! Very fast to respond on WhatsApp, the small team ensured a water taxi was always there on time and on the practicalities. They gave good advice about which restaurants would suit us and would be bookable at the times we wanted and suggested alternatives when it was not possible, they helped us to plan well in advance, but also moved quickly to help when things happened beyond our control. Lots of good tips too to help us filter when there were too many options eg we wanted a private cookery lesson for a small group and they came up with an excellent chef who gave us a great time in a stunning 14 century palazzo just off St Marks and the Grand Canal. Would unhesitatingly recommend them!

Impeccably arranged and executed Airport transfer! Ecco concierge organised my airport transfer to perfection. Their efficiency was impeccable in terms of communication and organisation. I contacted them several days prior to needing the service.I messaged Marco with my request and within a short timeframe he replied with a schedule for my transfer from central Venice to the airport. The transfer itself was seamless, as I was greeted at my door by Marco and assisted with my luggage to the water taxi—a comfortable cruise down the grand canal, followed by a relatively short drive to the airport. Once again, a seamless switch from the water taxi to private van as the driver was at the water taxi stop when I arrived and ready to collect my luggage. The timing was perfect, and the drop-off point was at the airport departures entrance.Overall, the service was professional, efficient and simple to arrange. I highly recommend Marco and the team at Ecco Concierge for their effortless planning in such a challenging city. I will definitely use their services again on my next visit.
